We gave the company $750 in November and they lead us to believe we had locked our price of propane in at $1.85. a gal, but actually they failed to tell us that we are only "pre-paying". When paying the money I specifically asked what happens if the price drops, and the reply was our price would drop also. Also she said when the driver delivers the propane it would be billed at the current rate, but the bill would be adjusted back at the office to the $1.85, because the drivers don't have access who has locked in to what price. Which tells me I have loc
