Colorist isn't a Colorist at all ! She can't get my hair the right color. She does what she wants not what the customer wants ! Master Colorist needs to be send back to Beauty Culture School ! Overcharged, Obtained complete different Color, Doesn't admit that she knows what the color BLONDE is ? Master Colorist should focus on customer's hair not her Phone texting !
