HOMEOWNERS BEWARE David Leopold is not a guy to trust to inspect your house. I bought my house in February 2013 and although his report looks nice, he missed a lot of items. There was mold in my basement and water infiltration in my garage and he did not report it. However the biggest thing is that although I paid the inspection, he wrote to me in early 2014 telling me that his accountant told him that my cheque bounced. I wrote a second cheque because he was spamming me with threats and emails and even sent emails to a corporate email where I work.
