No stars!!!! Brenda the manager was so unprofessional it w alling! The driver poor guy was not at fault for anything. The illiterate person who handled the phone got everything wrong. Took over 2 1/2 hours and BRENDA who got her managerial skills from a cracker jack box was rude, ignorant and sassy. My family was starving, crying and disappointed they couldn't get there pizza. Then she said she can redeliver in another 45 minutes.
