Initial Consultation Your first visit will consist of a consultation about your conditions, diagnosis, and available treatment. Treatment can be provided same day, if necessary. If you have a complex medical history, treatment and evaluation will occur at another consultation. When you come to our office, bring your x-ray slip, list of current medications, dental insurance card, and patient registration form. All patients under 18 must have a legal guardian or parent present.
