Very disappointing. They took over a month to come look at the problem. I tried to work out a time so that I could be there to show them exactly what was wrong, but they insisted on coming at a time when I was not there as it was more convenient to them. I couldn't tell that they did anything at all, the problem was certainly not fixed at all. They argued with me to say that the unit was working fine, which it most clearly is not! Having had the unit for year I am extremely familiar with it's function and to be told I don't know when something is working or no
