I have used this companies services for years, and nor I or any friends or family that I have told to use them have ever had any problems. As far as the other comment, I think this guy,girl, is full of it. I do know this company has been around for like 40 years, and you don't stay around if you "rip people off". I always get a receipt, without fail, I do know that a lot of people try and get a cheaper price for a tow, or do a favor, but I don't know this case, it just sounds like someone was upset and is throwing the driver under the bus.
