Not very pleased. Went in and got priced at $100 for braids and when I arrived it changed to $120. I had to call 3 separate times to confirm I wanted an appt. then call twice saying I was coming. I was then called two hours before my appt. saying I needed to come in an hour early. The staff isn't very social with clients. My braids were too tight, literally pulled my hair out of my scalp when the braids moved, my head was red and painful, and I had to remove the braids myself that night.
