Owner was a miserable unhappy woman. Telling customers what to do with their hair. Rude, demeaning.... Making fun of customers etc... She thought very highly of herself and let customers know what SHE would or would not do. When I saw a woman arguing with her telling her she wanted to have her hair the way she wanted NOT the way the owner demanded. I decided to exit immediately! Save yourslef some aggravation and some money. This place sucks!!!
