My fiance purchased my engagement ring from them this past summer, he ordered the wrong size. We went back to have Emerald Lady resize me and it ended up that they were incapable of doing that correctly. I dealt with the ring being extremely hard to take off and put on until we went to order our wedding bands and decided it was time to have it fixed. We contacted Emerald Lady, and they were neither apologetic or offered to fix their mistake. We are now stuck paying out of pocket to Verragio to have this ring resized again, this time properly.
