I don't know whats going on with regency courts in monrovia. Me and my husband were on the waiting list and after 1 and a half years were called and filled out the application process and after waiting for 10 days we get a certified letter that says we don't qualify because they couldn't verify our rental history. We have been at the same place for 4 years and I gave them the phone number and they stated in the letter that it was out of service. They also said they couldn't verify my job info and my employer told me when she got the letter and when she sent in back.
