Burkwood Treatment Center is located in Hudson, Wisconsin. Burkwood Treatment Center utilizes Research-Based Clinical Practices and the Evidence-Based MAAEZ Program. Those who complete the MAAEZ Program experience higher rates of abstinence from alcohol and other drugs than those who complete usual treatment. Burkwood staff will help create a personalized treatment plan that includes addiction education, treatment, intensive counseling and support groups, individual goal planning, vocational and education counseling, as well as aftercare and discharge planning. Burkwood is in a comfortable setting that is conducive to spiritual enrichment and emotional healing. Clients enjoy outdoor 12-step meetings, yoga, recreational games like horseshoes, volleyball, basketball, and more. Burkwood clients receive compassionate, affordable, and effective care. Each client is guided toward recovery that encompasses the whole person.
