I think it is one of the better ice cream places in Harper's Ferry, and the steak burgers are made fresh as you order and they are so tender and melt in your mouth, I am not a meat eater and I always get it when I go. There and many flavors of this very yummy ice cream to choose from , usually the homemade flavors sell out very quickly,and the staff are very nice and very helpful with Park info etc..also dog friendly. They can get quite busy, but the food is worth the wait and you can sit and enjoy the view while you wait. It only takes a fer minutes. You could
