Established in 2002 In Redding, Jim & Penny Gironda got tired of hearing people say, "It's good enough for Redding." So when they opened Gironda's they vowed, "Nothing's too good for Redding." They said, "We've never heard of service being to good." The cuisine is influenced by Jim's grandmother, who moved to Chicago from Italy in 1929. Dinner favorites include 7 kinds of ravioli, plus veal, shrimp, chicken piccata, prime rib, tuscan steak, & steamer clams. For dessert, try our homemade cheesecakes. Wine list focuses on Italian & California wines and from the bar signature martinis & cocktails. Fresh baked breads are severed with our homemade herb dipping oil.
