My experience with the plumber named Nick was awful. Not once, not twice, but three times he did not show up at the time we had scheduled. For me this meant taking extra time off from work and dealing with a clogged shower drain for several additional weeks. To make matters worse, when Nick finally did show up, he did not solve the problem. Despite Nick's claim that the shower was fixed, it was still draining slowly just hours after he "fixed" it.
