TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I parked at the Dinkytown lot. You have to call in your payment, or have a smart phone to use their app. I called. Their automated voice operator is very garbled and difficult to understand. The choices for parking read to you do not match what the parking lot sign says. I accidentally paid for 8 hours of parking instead of 1 hour. There is no confirmation menu before you're charged. It was only in the text I received after that I discovered the error.
