Review

Made an appointment for my test, gave them information on the vehicle I would be using (which does not require plates in the state of Ohio). Instead of telling me I was not allowed to use this vehicle, they scheduled the appt., accepted my $85.00 fee and then informed me I could not take the test without plates. However they kept my money. That is theft! The HONEST thing to do is refund the $85.00 fee.
