My name is Lee and I live in Clayton, Oh. In May I prepaid for red mulch from Bladecutters. After calling several times a week and a lot of excuses by the staff for over a month, I went back for a refund. This business did not call to update you on the status of the order, you were just in limbo. You would think they would offer to discount your next order or any good business practice types of things. I will never use this company again.
