My father worked for my grandfather for 27 years before he took over the company in 1982, after my grandfather’s retirement and renamed the company to “Rain Equipment”. I worked for my father from 1983-2003 before I took over the company after his retirement and renamed the company. Even though the company has changed names since I took over, our family owned business has been in continuous operation since 1939.
