Summit Place Senior Community is a premier senior living community for those 62 and better that offers Town Homes, Independent Senior Apartments, Assisted Living, Memory (Alzheimer's) Care and Respite (Short-Term) Services. Nestled in the beautiful suburb of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, Summit Place is close to shopping, restaurants, Park Nicollet Clinic and several area parks. We offer multiple levels of care and allow seniors to move from one care option to another as needed. Summit Place Senior Community Town Homes offer 10 one- and two-level homes for seniors. Our amenities feature two bedrooms with two bathrooms, bay windows, fireplaces, vaulted ceilings and patios. Housekeeping and other services are available upon request. Attached garages, maintenance, lawn care and snow removal are included. For your convenience and flexibility, all leases are month to month. Summit Place Senior Apartments offer a variety of styles and sizes of beautiful, luxury senior apartment homes. Some of our amenities include our elegant dining room with tableside service, library, beauty/barber shop, performance room with stage and large screen for theater-style viewing, and a Bistro/General Store. For your convenience and flexibility, all leases are month to month. The Summit Club is proud to offer members a senior-focused gym, including a multipurpose warm water pool, senior fitness equipment that is easy to use, trainers to help develop workout programs and a HYDROWORX®1200™ Aquatic Therapy Pool. Summit Place Assisted Living has 63 apartments that provide 24-hour personal care tailored to the needs of each senior and still offers the same superb amenities as our Independent Senior Apartments. Personalized care plans are designed to encourage independence at all levels while providing the support needed to live in a private apartment home. Reflections Memory Care is a neighborhood within the senior assisted living community that provides a positive alternative for seniors who need specialized care related to Alzheimer’s or dementia. Staff members are specially trained to care for people with memory loss in a secure home-like environment. We also offer the option of companion living along with diverse, family-centered programs that help reduce end-of-day confusion and keep loved ones involved in the resident’s care plan. Summit Place Senior Community offers Respite or short-term 24-hour-a-day personal assistance. Our Respite (Short-Term) Stay program provides fully furnished apartment living for seniors who need personal care for a variety of reasons. LifeSprk (formerly AgeWell Home Care) is an innovative Life Care Management company whose purpose is to empower seniors and improve lives. Our vision is to empower every senior in the country to break the roller coaster cycle of health care crisis and age well through a comprehensive life care plan. The cornerstone to our efforts is our Life Care Management – a unique, holistic model of care that goes beyond just health services to help residents at SilverCrest Properties (property manager of Summit Place Senior Community). It encompasses access to ongoing support and interventions that will enable senior adults to maintain their independence and emotional well-being for as long as possible. A resident's Life Care Manager is a nurse who becomes a trusted advisor that works to eliminate the typical roller coaster of health care crises that compromise the well-being and independence of so many.
