Last week was my best friend’s wedding and I came all the way from New York be with her on her special day. Obviously I wanted to look my best, so I started to ask around where I can get my hair & make up done. First the hotel I was staying at recommended Paris Cut, but I was skeptical since I didn’t know any of the salons out here.
