My ceiling fan started to smoke when I turned it on. I called a friend and they said to call Jim at Absolute Best Electric. He asked me several questions in order to decide if he could trouble shoot it from his office or did he need to come to the fan. I really appreciated this about him. He wasn't just wanting to make a quick buck. His care in the questions he asked made it clear that if it was possible to fix the problem from a distance then he would. However,he did have to come to my house and he figured out the cause of the smoke in no time and had it repaired
