I had been having a problem with getting my century link cable line buried, for 2 months we kept calling Century Link and everyone said they didn't have us on record or in the que to have it done. I ran into Pete S. from Telecom Construction one day while he was checking out some century link boxes few houses down and started telling him my problem.
