If you want a company that takes for ever to get anything done these people are great. Unless it's something that is minor they take forever to get anything set up to fix any major issues. No matter how you contact them whether it be by email or phone they're very reluctant to get back to you in a reasonable amount of time and if they are working on an issue you wouldn't know because half the time they do not let you know what is going on. With that being said I'm going to be pushing our condo association board to get a new company to manage our building.
