Paid Rob in full for a job he did not complete. He initially promised to come finish the job but never did. He completed approx 80% of the job and requested to be paid in full since they were staying late to finish the job. Once we paid him they did not stay and never came back to finish the job. He strung me along with promises to come back long enough to cash my check and then stopped answering my calls. It has been 5 months and he has still never completed the work.
