I have had consistent reliability issues with Charter. In addition to that, I would say most of their techs are sloppy and underqualified. Price for triple play has increased about 75% over 2 year time-span. They are notorious for unwillingness to take appropriate responsibility for poor quality service for which I pay "quality prices".
