Extremely pleased. Husband and wife own this gold shop and they were great. They even had to deal with my 2 year old running everywhere. They gave him some children's books to look at and even let him take a Sponge Bob one home :) This was the second place I went for prices.. 1. got $60 more than cash for gold on what I thought was a small amount. 2. they didn't give me dirty looks because my kid was tearing up their show room, they related to it and laughed. 3. friendly and honest and patient.
