Crooks. THey have kept my car for 3 weeks, never reported to my lender. They have a generic phone number with no voicemail. Hope they don't send my car to a chop shop! retaining an attorney to get it back even though I paid my lender weeks ago..... Even my lender was upset since Frankies never called in the fact they had my car.
