There are PLENTY of other Auto Service shops who are in business to HELP customers, NOT to ROB them. I took my vehicle to Rick the #@ick's "other" garage located on Kingston Pike behind US Cellular to have it repaired. It took them over a week to even get a return call with an estimate! Finally, once I did reach Rick the @#ick, he said he must have written down the wrong number...
