I just had a bad experience with encore shoes at the superstition mall with shoes I'd bought the day before with my credit card. I threw away the box and receipt that night, next day I realize they were 1/2 size too big so I called and told them my story and was told they cant look it up and sorry I cant exchange them. I called a encore shoes in casa grande and they said fine so I made the journey there and they exchanged them, thank casa grande! A company that cant look up a transaction 1 day ago doesn't care about their customers
