Vender's and Service Providers BEWARE! Atlantic Coast Property Management (ACPM) can't seem to pay for services they directly contract out for. If you do not provide them your banking account info, you are at the mercy of the homeowner paying for the service even though your contract for service is with ACPM. They fail to inform or submit your Invoice to the homeowner in a timely manner. I am still waiting for my full payment as we near the 90 day point. I can't imagine how they treat potential renters or sales clients! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE%
