Nice enough guy but horrible plumbing company. Paid to do a simple job that was done poorly and improperly. Confirmed this by paying extra money to a reputable company out of Mansfield to check the work. Charlie wouldn't return calls for the issue and refused to check it out without another charge. Tried contacting off and on for 2 years before finally contacting their State Board. Save your time and money and find a better plumber.
