Melissa is a unreliable and has ruined our vacation. I made a reservation a month prior to our vacation and purchased a groupon that she advertised online. I specifically told Melissa I would be using the groupon. The day before we leave for vacation (today), she tells us the groupon is not valid on holidays (July 5th- what??), and that I owed her double the amount I paid for the groupon. This was never mentioned to me at the time I made the reservation, and it is not listed in the fine print on the groupon. Now I am forced to take my dog elsewhere last mi
