I highly recommend Nathan Brenner with Ace Home Inspection! I needed an inspection done ASAP....... And Nathan was right on it! Prices are very reasonable! I compared with other inspectors and his price was the best! I followed him around the house like a puppy and asked him what seemed to be 100 questions. He answered each and every one of them very knowledgeably. He didn't seem to mind doing so! He actually seemed to enjoy doing so! Lol He did a very thorough job and as promised I received my 31 page report the SAME DAY! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Nathan at Ace!
