This business has horrendous customer service, most employees don't know what they are talking about and they do not stand behind their products. If you want to feel like you are being taken advantage of, then shop at Lake Shore Luxuries otherwise take your business elsewhere. This was NOT a 1 time experience after many purchases both large & small I can not justify shopping at a place where they do not stand behind their products and treat the customer so poorly.
