Great experience. I expected my two iPad's, iPhone, and iPod to take days and they fixed all four items same day.. Every place I called said they mail out their repairs. They do everything in house and mostly while you wait. Kelly at the counter (who also does repairs as well) is extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend!!
