I am a disabled citizen who previously was a recurring customer at Laureen%u2019s Bakery in Edinburg, VA for almost two months. However, Laureen has now excluded me and my canine service animal from the customary customer access areas, limiting us to a very small area just inside the entrance. I already have submitted a formal notice of violation under the Americans with Disabilities Act with the U.S. Department of Justice %u2013 Disability Rights Section. I am consulting with my legal adviser on whether to file a civil action for damages and we will be contacting
