Went in looking for a downstem for my bong... First thing I heard when I went in was "I gotta get these people outta here" the guy was on the phone the entire time I was there and didn't assist me at all! So anyways I found a downstem and bought it for 8$ the man told us that we could exchange if we had problems.. As soon a we get to the car we notice the rubber o ring was broken... So we take it back in and get a new downstem... Then we drive all the way home and noticed too late that the item we purchased had a crack in the glass. We take it back the next day wi
