DO NOT USE Adelman Travel! I purchased 11 tickets to South America through them and they did not secure four of our airline seats for the flight home. We were stranded in a 3rd World country and their office was closed. Jennifer Hayes would not help us and refused to give us proper documentation to secure our seats. They would not give us any compensation when we returned home but said "my supervisor feels I have provided the service you paid for and we feel there is no need for re-imbursement from our side."
