We were married on May 1st 2009 in St. Augustine Our ceremony was a few blocks from the reception and our contract included a transfer of location for the flowers. No one ever came to move the flowers and when we called them we were told in layman's terms that it was our problem. Wouldn't had been a big deal had they not charged us 200$ for this service. Beware, we were not satisfied at all with this customer service. When called afterward looking for a refund of this charge we were told yes they would and then NEVER refunded the card and ignored repeat emails and p
