Look out for Star Business Capitol! They are con- artists and Thieves! My construction company applied for a equipment Lease. We payed a heavy non-refundable processing fee. We were notified that we were approved and that someone was going to fly out and inspect 150k worth of equipment. We were told to pay the 1st and last lease payment. $6800.00 later we were denied the loan and told it was non-refundable. I firmly believe they had to intention to fund at all.
