Who I Teach: I offer private violin lessons for beginning and intermediate violin students regardless of age. I also teach a 6 session course for those looking for an introduction to music theory. Where/When I Teach: Boulder, Colorado and the surrounding area including Louisville, Lafayette, and Erie. I have violin lessons available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, although other days may be open if requested. I can provide space for the violin lesson, and I'm also willing to come to your home. What I Teach: Violin fundamentals, proper care for your violin, reading and understanding sheet music, basic music theory, proper violin technique, and the confidence and skill to perform. I believe that learning to read music is fundamental, so all my violin students begin to learn to read music from day one. Rates : Violin Lessons for Beginners or Intermediate Students: 30 mins - $30 45 mins - $45 60 mins - $60 If I will travel to your house additional mileage charges may apply, determined on an individual basis.
