Extremely disappointed with Certain, Inc.%u2019s poor business practices. We were attracted to Certain%u2019s software because of its Match2Connect system for arranging 1-on-1 meetings at investment conferences. During the sales pitch we were promised that the Match2Connect application would be totally customizable to our specific needs.
