So turns out we weren't as capable of installing our new ceiling fan as we thought, not to mention we didn't have the tools we needed for the fan's mount, so we called Brett. He was able to come by in less than an hour (he is in our neighborhood), and install everything perfectly. He ensured that the fan was sturdy, and not wobbling, and even gave us a discount. Two thumbs up!
