very dissatisfied with their customer service and time management. I ordered 5 custom patches a little over a month ago and asked for them to be done by the beginning of April. you have to pay upfront, and after I did so and sent the desired images for the patches and got an email back saying they could complete the designs I wanted, I never heard from them again. their phone inbox is full so you cannot leave a message and I can't reach my "design specialist" Alex Cross over e-mail anymore.
