We purchased new air/heat unit from them on Nov. 28, 2013. Heat would not work in Jan. When it turned cold. We had to endure the cold for 2 days because they said part would not be in until Monday. Then last month they called us for a"free" service call. After a big push to try and sell us a $2800 duct sealing service, they charged us $250 to blow out the coil on a 7 mo old unit.
