If I could rate this shop at a 0, I would. The owner (not an employee) yelled at me stating that I was a liar and belittling her when I questioned the quality of what she sent. I have her conversation recorded - I was astonished that this was how she treated me. She stated that I was "belittling her" and that I needed to "respect my elders". I never once was rude or raised my voice. I simply stated that it is better business practices if she would fix the problem and not yell. She asked me if it was so horrible that I was yelled at.
