Integrity Heating and Air Conditioning is owned and operated by Rich Zimmiond, a graduate of North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton, ND. Rich graduated with a 4.0 grade point average in his studies in Environmental Systems-Cooling/Heating Equipment, Service and Sheet Metal Installations. Since graduation he has been actively involved in the HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) installation and service business.  We take pride in the fact that Rich is a college educated HVAC installation specialist and has over 25 years’ of experience in the field. This education and experience insure that a quality product, installed correctly, will provide for your comfort for years to come. Lori Simmiond manages Integrity Heating and Air Conditioning and is co-owner of the business. She is also very knowledgeable in the HVAC field and can answer many questions about equipment, installation, and pricing. Lori is very gifted with new creative ideas, bringing new products and services to the business. Rich and Lori have been married since 1984 and have been blessed with two children, Leah and Forrest. Their oldest daughter, DaNae, awaits them in Heaven. Rich has served as a lay minister in the Jail Ministry and Lori has been a Hospice volunteer, as well as a good friend to their community.
