Founded in 1944 by Don and Howard Shaw, Shaw Electric has truly been a family owned business. In 1983, Shaw Electric was acquired from Robert and Donna Shaw and their two sons Robert Jr. and Steve. Since then, Shaw Electric has expanded, working with commercial, industrial, medical and institutional projects. Shaw Electric has seen a large growth over the years due to their hard work and commitment to customers, causing the company to expand its operations. Industrial Automated Systems (IAS), founded in 1985, has been providing professional automation services to its many satisfied customers for years. In 1988, Donna Shaw oversaw the start-up of Light Expressions by Shaw, and is now run by her sun Steve Shaw. Today, Light Expressions is a household name for new lighting fixtures and is a leader in the industry.
