FMD Restoration, Inc. began in the decorating business in 1978 with 75% of the workload handled by the owner and a well disciplined crew. In 1987 the company expanded and took on more projects which included Government, Commercial and Residential contracts and specialized in complete renovation and in building repairs. In 1995 FMD Construction added concrete, new construction and many other services to the the Residential and Commercial service divisions. Our reputation comes from the extensive experience gained from different projects that collaborated with some of the best powerhouse General Contractors in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area achieving upgrades and technologies in the Construction and Remodeling Industry since 1987. New Service: FMD Restoration now offers "Property Securing" services for Foreclosed Properties in which we will board up any foreclosed property Residential or Commercial, to safeguard it from the elements and vandalization.
